Meet the Client
As one of Malta’s leading beverage distributors, we first met S. Rausi Trading Ltd when they approached us to design and deliver their sleek and innovative e-commerce store. We were very pleased when they recently reached out to us once again to help them elevate their customer experience with a custom e-commerce application. S.Rausi needed something cool and mobile-savvy, so we set out to design a white label app that syncs perfectly with their website while providing added convenience.

Description
S. Rausi wanted to amp up their customer’s shopping game, making it quick, easy, and downright fun. They craved an app that not only lets you order in a snap but also keeps you in the loop with order tracking and delivers a bunch of cool features. Challenge accepted!
With all this in mind, we could not think of a better app solution than Suppy; a fully customisable, game-changing solution that allows brands to create their own unique white-label and branded e-commerce app. Thanks to the consistent flow of communication and careful planning of our team, we went from brainstorming to high-fives in just one month as we turned our client’s vision into reality.

Delivery & Picker App
Suppy also allowed us to supply S. Rausi with an accompanying delivery & picker app that they could share with their logistics team to ensure streamlined and efficient delivery service. Such an app allows the client’s delivery personnel to easily keep track and execute incoming orders, complete with an interactive map that syncs with the client’s version of the app, such that they will be able to track the progress of their order.
Challenges
Needless to say, such an intensive project was not without its challenges. One of the obstacles that our tech team managed to overcome was to integrate the Beverage Container Refund Scheme (BCRS) within the app through custom development. Along with configuring the app to ensure that it is aligned with client’s requirements, the desired payment gateway was also integrated to ensure that customers can check out as easily as possible.
Result
The collaboration between our dream team, the tech magicians, and the fabulous team at S. Rausi Trading Ltd resulted in a brand new, game-changing app that ticked all the boxes! We are thrilled to have been entrusted with such a project and to play a vital role in bringing the concept to life.
