Being one of Malta’s leading car companies, Muscats Motors made the decision to step up their digital game and ensure that their range of innovative vehicles is as well represented online as it is in their showroom. That is why they commissioned 9H to revamp their online platform.

The website was reimagined to be far more intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible. By simplifying navigation and clearly presenting key information, prospective clients could easily explore Muscats Motors’ offerings before visiting the showroom.

Accessibility features, including text resizing and colour adjustments, ensured usability for a wider audience, including those with visual impairments. The focus was on anticipating user needs and delivering tailored, informative experiences aligned with the brand’s premium customer service ethos.

Improved Conversion Tools

Beyond aesthetics, the redesign introduced functional improvements that directly impacted conversions. Integrated call-to-actions (CTAs) and an optimised conversion flow (CRO) made it easier for users to take action.

Key features included a new “Book a Test Drive” option, streamlining lead generation and boosting user engagement. These enhancements allowed the site to move beyond a digital brochure, transforming it into an active sales tool.

Interactive Product Customisation

To bring the product experience online, an interactive module was introduced, allowing users to explore vehicle customisation options. This hands-on feature not only made the site more engaging but also helped users visualise their ideal vehicle.
