We partnered with the Ministry of Investment (MISA) to redesign their informational website, clearly distinguishing between two initiatives: Invest Saudi for foreign investors and MISA for domestic stakeholders. By implementing an intuitive information architecture, clear navigation, and seamless signposting, we created a cohesive user experience that clarified the Ministry’s dual objectives. The new platform streamlines visitor journeys, enhances engagement, and ensures both initiatives are easily accessible, improving clarity and efficiency for all users.
Enhanced Clarity
We focused on effectively communicating MISA’s dual objectives by creating a distinct separation between Invest Saudi and MISA within the website. This separation made it easier for users to quickly understand the specific purpose of each initiative. Whether a visitor was a potential investor or a government official, they could immediately identify which section of the site was relevant to their needs, reducing confusion and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the Ministry’s messaging.
