Wevr

The client needed a central system to manage a complex immersive experience. Operators lacked a unified dashboard, headset allocation was manual, and hardware and battery status were invisible. Safety monitoring was limited, and each show’s unique layout, zones, and chapters added complexity. Audience check-in, team formation, and ticketing were manual, slowing operations and increasing risk.

Project Outcome

We built a complete real-time experience control platform:

User & Team Management

A full sign-up workflow allowing participants to register per show, form teams, and generate IDs tied to their tickets.

Device Operations

Headset assignment, swapping, QR scanning, and low-battery alerts to minimise downtime.

Zone & Location Tracking

Live visual monitoring of users inside each zone layout, with automated alerts when participants step outside designated boundaries.

Show Configuration

Every show supports its own: multi-zone layout, zone dimensions, number of chapters, rotating chapters per zone. All manageable from the dashboard.

Announcements & Safety

Operators can send standard or emergency announcements directly to headset devices at any moment.

QR-Based Flow

Unique QR codes for users and devices enable scanning, allocation, and operational actions throughout the venue.

Summary

We built a real-time operational system linking software, physical spaces, and live logistics. Teams can manage safety, allocation, chapter progression, and zone visibility in one interface. Configurable layouts, QR workflows, live alerts, and hardware monitoring create scalable, resilient, repeatable operations across locations.
