Summary
This project was about local relevance with global weight. BYD joined forces with us to adapt their brand for the Maltese market upon their entry. We designed a clear communication strategy that resonated with all key stakeholders with the aim of establishing this brand to the market. The initiative focussed on customising the brand to engage local consumers, establishing a cohesive and impactful presence, and maintaining close teamwork to deliver a smooth and well-coordinated brand transformation.
The launch was supported by strategic placements that support local talent and events, including partnerships with major local events like the Malta Euro Vision Song Festival, boosting visibility and driving engagement from day one.
